The
Pinot Chardonnay Spumante Brut cuvée is
composed of 60% Pinot blanc and 40%
Chardonnay.
The juice obtained by soft pressing is fermented
at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C
for around 10 days.
The wines are then blended
to obtain the cuvée which, following
the addition of sugar, undergoes a second fermentation
(the formation of the mousse).
This straw-yellow sparkling wine has a full-bodied,
aromatic bouquet and an ample,
well-balanced taste. |
